Using Swipescore means agreeing to these. They are short because the product is.
who can use it
You must be 18 or over. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
what you upload
- the photos must be of you, and you must have the right to upload them
- no photos of anyone under 18, in any context
- no nudity, no contact details, nothing illegal
Uploading someone else’s profile is the fastest way to lose your account. Every profile is checked by a person before it enters anyone’s deck.
what you write
There is zero tolerance for abusive content or abusive users. The review rules are part of these terms. Notes that break them are never delivered, and repeated attempts remove your account.
karma and payments
- karma has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- purchases are handled by Apple and are non-refundable except where the law requires
- credits do not expire, but they end if your account does
- we may change what karma earns or costs; we will say so in the app when we do
what we do not promise
Reviews are the honest opinions of strangers. We do not guarantee how many you will get, how fast, that you will like them, or that acting on them improves your results anywhere else. The service is provided as is.
ending it
Delete your account from Settings whenever you like. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we can.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
